| Just download the language you require, and install it like the first language. All further languages add themselves to the existing Digit program. |

When I enter my key, I get a message "key length not available" |
| This occurs when you select an extra character (such as a space or an end of line character) when copying the key. make sure you copy ONLY the key and try again. A double click anywhere in the key should select precisely the key and nothing else. |

I want to use Digit as an engine for other applications |
| This version of digit is no longer accessible to other applications as a SAPI 4 speech engine. |

How do I enter the key ? What is a clipboard ? |
| The clipboard is the place where Windows stores the information when you use the copy/paste function. To use Digit, you select the text you want to read and copy it (keyboard Ctrl+C) then press play in the Digit window. To register, in the same way, just select the key in the mail, and press Ctrl + C, then go to the Digit window and click on "Register key" in the options menu. |

I have bought a key without testing Digit first, what do I do to install ? |
| First, download a trial version of Digit PC French from www.digalo.com . Install it, launch the program. Go to the email you were sent, select the key by double-clicking on it, copy it using ctrl+c. Go to the DigitPC options menu and click on Register Key. |

I have just downloaded the trial version and entered the key, it says "key expired" |
| The keys for the trial version are generated on our server, which is in the GMT+1 time zone. If your machine is for some reason using a date and time that is prior to the time on our server, the key will not recognize it as part of the 15 day time range. If you are ahead of GMT+1, just wait a little, if you are using a different time and date from the correct one, adjust your computer's time. |
